A rare find — a complete matching set. This 1980s Russell Athletic purple sweatshirt and sweatpants are both deadstock. The sweatshirt is new with tags, the sweatpants are new without tags. They both sport the classic blue tag. The kind of set that almost never survives intact from this era.

Made in the USA from a soft 50/50 cotton/polyester blend with a fleece interior. The rich purple colorway is clean and vivid — no fading, no pilling, no compromises.
